Welcome to Riversbend Rehabilitation where we offer both residential rehabilitation and outpatient therapy services to persons with neurological impairments including traumatic brain injury, CVA and spinal cord injuries.

Riversbend Rehabilitation residential currently consists of several large customized, handicapped accessible ranch homes. Each home is equipped with private rooms and an on-site therapy/activity room to accommodate six residents. We also have nine semi-independent homes to accommodate higher functioning residents.

Riversbend Rehabilitation is set up to preserve a homelike atmosphere with an attempt to combine residents who are at compatible behavioral and injury levels.
All sites are close to cultural, educational, recreational, vocational, sports activities and the public transportation system.

Clinical Services

All services are outcome focused, and utilize positive, creative approaches when confronted with the challenges of rehabilitation and behavior. We strive for an interdisciplinary team approach where the members of the team work together towards a common goal.
